SOCIAL MEDIA
How does it work?

Depending on the amount of support you choose, I can fully create posts for you or I can simply take the pic and caption you have prepared and get them ready to schedule and post.

At the moment I don’t offer social media management so engagement and measuring metrics are not part of my services
Will you keep to my current feed aesthetic and branding?
​
Of course. I will require all branding information including fonts, colour codes, templates etc. I will also study your feed and get a feel of your style to ensure continuity.
My feed is all over the place. Can you create a style for me?

Yes, definitely. I will design a couple of different options for you and once you agree on a specific look, we can move forward.
​
If you’d like to continue creating posts yourself but just need help with setting up templates to improve the look of your feed, I can create those templates for you to run with.
EMAIL & BLOGGING
How does it work?

If you do the writing yourself, you can send it to me in a Word document or similar and I will input it into your email/blogging system along with appropriate images or design elements as per your templates.
​
Alternatively, you can give me talking points for each email/blog and I will write it up for you as well as inputting into your system with images etc.

What is repurposed content?
​
A blog post is a great foundation for small pieces of social media content. I can pick out some good tidbits from each blog and create a few smaller pieces of content for your social media feed.

Taking the blog topic and turning it into a reel/s is also an option.
PRODUCT RESEARCH & ORDERING
How does product research work?
​
If you have a client project that needs some extra research done for a particular space to see which products might work best, send me a video of the space explaining the particulars along with the measurements and I will do the research and send you the option/s.

How does product ordering work?
​
Ordering can be done on any project. You can simply write a quick list of all the products required along with preferred suppliers and I will put the orders through for you. At the same time, if required, I will update my inventory management spreadsheet so you can keep track of client purchases and returns and to make invoicing easier.

What is inventory management?
​
If you buy excess product to take with you on organising sessions, keeping track of what to charge the client and what needs to be returned can get confusing.
I have a system that makes it easy to keep track of and using a shared document we can track this easily - from my side and from yours.
SALES FUNNELS
How do you design lead magnets?
​
I work within Canva which allows me to create sleek, enticing looking lead magnets for you. (Samples of work I've done in the past is available upon request.)
​
Can you create sales emails?
​
I can create an email series that will include a sales email. If you'd like your sales email to have the professional eye of a copywriter, I can outsource the writing of that email for a fee.
